1. Delivery Address
Please make sure we have your correct and current shipping and delivery address. You can use PO Boxes as your shipping address. However, some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Bulky items, valuables, perishable items, items with age restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered.
2. Shipping Time
You may notice longer delivery times than you are used to from other e-commerce sites. This is because items may come from another country or need to be combined or packaged with other items of similar size. Other external factors, such as current events or shipping company delays, may change the actual arrival time of your item.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and your package tracking number. You can also track the status of your order via email. You will be notified of things related to order modification, refund processing, shipping updates, etc. in real time via email.
4. Delivery Issues

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in your contact information on the checkout page or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or unused, we will not be held responsible for any risk or loss resulting from this

5. If you change your mind midway through, please do not reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation, and we will handle the return on your behalf in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy. We do not bear the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from rejection.

✅Unshipped orders: Returns can be requested unconditionally
✅Shipped orders: Returns can be requested unconditionally within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The shipping fee can be removed due to product quality problems or wrong products sent, otherwise the customer should pay the shipping fee.

It must be ensured that there is no human damage affecting the secondary sales of the returned products, and that the condition is new or almost new, otherwise it will not be accepted.

The return address on your package is not your return address. If you send your return package to this address, your return processing time may be delayed. You should only send your return package to the address on the return label we provide.- Please make sure that you do not include any items in your return package that you do not wish to return.
